At five big blinds heads-up, the small blind is shoving 72% of all hands and the big blind is calling 62%. This is nearly a coin-flip contest between two very wide ranges — the hand you are dealt matters far less than getting the frequencies right.
The pot is 1.5bb before the shove and the small blind risks 4.5bb more to win it, so almost any two cards show a profit. The big blind, calling 4bb more for a final pot of 10bb (no ante in the heads-up tables), needs only about 40% equity — which is why hands well outside any normal calling range are still calls here.
At this depth there is essentially no folding equity left for either player and no post-flop game to speak of. Play the chart, and do not let a bad run of showdowns talk you into folding hands that the maths says are profitable.

Do these heads-up charts assume the big blind plays correctly?
Yes — both ranges are the equilibrium against each other (the big blind calls 62% here). If your opponent calls too wide, tighten your jams to value; if they fold too much, widen toward any two cards. The equilibrium is the baseline you deviate from, not a target to hit against a bad player.

Push/fold tables are a self-computed chip-EV Nash equilibrium (Monte-Carlo hand-class equity with card removal, 25,000 samples, seed 1234; no ante — the heads-up tables are solved with ante = 0). Known limits, stated plainly: they ignore ICM, assume nobody overcalls an all-in, and use hand-class rather than exact-combo equity. Exploitability for this stack: 0.002 bb/hand.
