This is roughly where a raise-fold strategy becomes genuinely better than pure jamming heads-up. The chart still tells you something essential: the hands below the jamming line are the ones you should never get all in with preflop, whatever line you take.

The big blind's calling range at 33% is now clearly value-weighted. Bluff-catching a 12bb shove with a hand like J9o is a losing proposition; hands that call profitably are pairs, aces, and the better kings.

Do these heads-up charts assume the big blind plays correctly?

Yes — both ranges are the equilibrium against each other (the big blind calls 33% here). If your opponent calls too wide, tighten your jams to value; if they fold too much, widen toward any two cards. The equilibrium is the baseline you deviate from, not a target to hit against a bad player.
