This app (“Poker GTO Trainer: Preflop”, the “App”) is a pre-flop poker decision trainer. We care about your privacy and collect as little data as possible. This policy explains what is and isn’t collected.
Your training progress, statistics, settings, and review history are stored locally on your device (browser localStorage). This data stays on your device and is removed if you uninstall the App or clear its data. The only exceptions are the two cases described immediately below.
So we can see where people get stuck, the App sends a small number of anonymous events to our own server (feedback.ai-speeds.com). Examples: the first launch, that a 20-hand session finished, that the paywall was opened, and — when something breaks — a truncated error message with the file and line it came from.
Each event contains only: the event name, the app version, the platform (web / iOS / Android), the interface language, a timestamp, and a random anonymous install ID that the App generates for itself. There is no account, no advertising ID, no hardware or device identifier, and nothing about your hands, your answers or your results. The install ID is a random string created on first launch and stored with the rest of your local data; it lets us tell one installation from another when counting usage, and it disappears when you clear the App’s data or uninstall.
To turn this off: Training setup → Advanced → Anonymous usage stats. With it off, no events are sent at all.
If you use the in-app feedback form or “Report this hand”, we receive the text you write, plus a technical bundle to help us reproduce the problem: app version, platform, browser user agent, interface language, screen size, whether Pro is active, your total hands played, the most recent error message, and — for hand reports — the scenario, your hand, the action you chose and the reference answer. This is sent only when you tap Send. Please don’t include personal details in the message; we don’t need them.
As with any request to any website, our server sees the IP address a message arrives from. We use it to estimate how many distinct people use the App, to tell real users apart from bots and crawlers, and to block abuse. We do not use it to identify you and we do not combine it with anything else.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Billing (depending on your platform) and managed through RevenueCat, our subscription infrastructure provider. To process and restore purchases, RevenueCat receives a randomly generated anonymous app user ID, your purchase/subscription status, and basic device/store information. We never receive your Apple ID or Google account password, nor your full payment card details.
The App involves poker strategy and is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
You can clear all locally stored data at any time by clearing the App’s data in your device settings, or by uninstalling the App. You can stop the anonymous usage signals at any time in Training setup → Advanced → Anonymous usage stats. To manage or cancel a subscription, use your App Store subscription settings (iOS) or Google Play Store subscription settings (Android).
The usage signals carry no identifier, so we have no way to find “your” events and delete them individually. If you sent us feedback and would like it removed, email us and quote it — we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.

The App is a training tool for pre-flop poker decisions. It involves no wagering, no chip balance and no payouts, and it is not gambling. Nothing in the App is real-money play, and nothing you do in it can win or lose money.
Most ranges in the App are hand-curated approximations of GTO play. The push/fold, jam-call, re-shove and ICM spots are this tool’s own computed Nash solutions for a simplified model (chip-EV or Malmuth-Harville $EV, class-level equity, Monte-Carlo) — the App publishes its measured exploitability for those, and they are still an approximation, not real-table truth. The in-app “About data & assumptions” screen documents every assumption. The content is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind and no guarantee of results at the table. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Billing, renewal, price changes, refunds and cancellation are handled by that store under its own terms, and you can manage or cancel at any time in your store account settings. Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial. We do not process payments ourselves and cannot issue refunds — please contact the store.
Please don’t attempt to circumvent the paid features, redistribute the App’s generated data as your own, or use the App in any way that breaks the law where you live. Local law on poker software varies; complying with it is your responsibility.
The App covers poker strategy and is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it — including any money you win or lose at a real table.
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version; continued use after an update means you accept it.

请勿尝试绕过付费功能、将本应用生成的数据当作自己的成果再分发，或以任何违反你所在地法律的方式使用本应用。各地对扑克软件的法律规定不同，遵守当地法律是你的责任。

你的训练进度、统计、设置与复习记录都仅保存在你的设备本地（浏览器 localStorage），卸载应用或清除应用数据后即被删除。唯二的例外是下面两节。
为了知道用户卡在哪一步，本应用会向我们自己的服务器（feedback.ai-speeds.com）发送少量匿名事件。例如：首次启动、一局 20 手打完、付费墙被打开，以及程序出错时的一条截断错误信息（含出错的文件与行号）。
每条事件只包含：事件名、应用版本、平台（web / iOS / Android）、界面语言、时间戳，以及一个由本应用自己生成的随机匿名安装编号。没有账号、没有广告 ID、没有硬件或设备标识符，也不包含你的手牌、你的选择或你的成绩。该安装编号是首次启动时随机生成的一串字符，与其它本地数据存在一起；它只用于统计时区分不同的安装，清除应用数据或卸载后即消失。
关闭方式：训练设置 → 进阶 → 匿名使用统计。关掉之后一条事件都不会发出。
如果你使用站内意见反馈或「这题有问题?」，我们会收到你写的文字，以及一份用于复现问题的技术信息：应用版本、平台、浏览器 UA、界面语言、屏幕尺寸、是否 Pro、累计训练手数、最近一条报错信息；如果是纠错反馈，还包括该局面、你的手牌、你选的动作与参考答案。这些只在你点「发送」时才上传。请不要在留言里写个人信息，我们不需要。
与访问任何网站一样，我们的服务器会看到请求来自哪个 IP。我们用它估算有多少不同的人在用本应用、把真实用户与爬虫机器人区分开，以及拦截滥用。我们不用它识别你的身份，也不与其它信息关联。
应用内购买由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 结算（视你的平台而定）处理，并通过我们的订阅服务商 RevenueCat 管理。为完成与恢复购买，RevenueCat 会收到一个随机生成的匿名用户 ID、你的购买/订阅状态，以及基本的设备/商店信息。我们绝不会收到你的 Apple ID 或 Google 账号密码，也不会收到完整支付卡信息。
本应用涉及扑克策略，面向成年人，不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们也不会有意收集儿童数据。
你可随时在设备设置中清除本应用数据，或卸载应用，以删除本地存储的全部数据。匿名使用信号可随时在训练设置 → 进阶 → 匿名使用统计里关闭。管理或取消订阅：iOS 请在 App Store 订阅设置中操作，Android 请在 Google Play 商店的订阅设置中操作。
使用信号不带任何标识符，因此我们无法找出「属于你」的那些事件单独删除。如果你给我们发过反馈并希望删除，请邮件把原文发来，我们会删掉。
